The programme is taught by inspiring leaders across all sectors of society, backgrounds from both academics and non-academic but with extensive global experience in leadership.
The program approach is adult learning, experiential and practical. We shall use a combination of teaching, practice, thought leadership essays, debates, reflections and a practical sustainable community initiative (module 3).
The learning strategy will thoroughly emphasise the knowledge, theory, principles and skills required for experiential leadership study. There will be no written examination but an evidential evaluation of leadership – lives transformed, societal service and impact.
The teaching activities will promote initiative and responsibility in students. Teaching strategies will also facilitate active engagement through activities that promote collaborative and autonomous learning and reflection on learning. This will be achieved in class through individual and group activities, opportunities for feedback and questions.
Every participant will be challenged to self-reflect, test themselves to the highest level of self-awareness push themselves for excellence, and think and be about serving others not self.
The programme is split into three modules. Each module consists of theory, essays and practical work.
